Return policy

At The North Drum you have a 14 day unconditional return. If you have passed the 14 day return limit, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase your can return it us and receive a full refund(minus the original shipping costs). For the return policy to apply, the product must be returned in its original state and within no more than 14 days after the return policy expires. 

The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

If you cancel the purchase before the products have been shipped to you, we will return the money within 14 days. The money will be returned to the same card you used to buy the products. 

​

In the same way that its our responsability to make sure the products are correctly and safely shipped to you, it is your responsability that the products are returned safely and in perfect condition to us.

If there are any errors og things missing in the products, you can enter a complaint. Its important that you contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors with the products.

Retur policy:

• The products should not have been used, broken or cleaned. 

• The products must be shipped back in the same packages in wich you received it, unless the package is broken. In that case the products should be returned in a similar packaging.
