Shipping and delivery

Completion of the instrument is often affected by demand and the availability of materials. If the item is in stock, it will be sent within 5 days, excluding weekends. Your order is normally delivered by 7-14 days after ordering. ​

If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back to us, and we will in that case have to charge a fee equivalent to the shipping cost.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

You collect the package yourself at your local collection point. You can track your package and get status on where your package is. Electronic notification gives you the opportunity to collect the package earlier.
